• Please note the discount/promotion code must be applied during the checkout. In the event the discount/promotion code is not entered during checkout, we will not be able to fulfill the discount/promotion.
• In the event address provided upon checkout is incorrect/incomplete, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase. We will not be liable for missing packages due to incorrect/incomplete address entered.
• In the event we are unable to fulfill your orders, we will inform you within 48 hours after your purchase via email and the full amount paid will be refunded to you.
• For international orders, our prices do not include any custom taxes or fees of the destination country. Please note that you will need to bear any additional custom taxes or fees if applicable.

• Please note that item color(s) may appear differently due to lightings in photography and on different monitors. We use minimal to no editing in order to depict the item color(s) as accurate as possible.
• Most of our products are handmade thus there will be slight variations.
• All our products are stated and processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• All our products listed are brand new and in stock.
• For our Mystery Boxes and Color Boxes, the items included may or may not be in our product listings.

For orders within Singapore, we accept debit/credit cards and Stripe and Google payment.

For international orders, we accept debit/credit cards and Stripe and Google payment.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

Returns

Returns are applicable for damaged/defected/incorrect item(s). You can email us at [email protected] indicating your name, order number, a screenshot of the affected item(s) and we will get back to you within 3-5 working days. Once processed, please proceed to mail back the damaged/defected/incorrect item(s) to us and also the screenshot of the postage/shipping fees. Upon receipt of the damaged/defected/incorrect items, we will mail the replacement item(s) ordered to you and refund you the cost of the postage/shipping fees.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any returns based on assessment of the product shown to us.

Exchanges and Refunds

We regret to inform that we do not accept refunds or exchanges. All sales upon checkout are final.

Shipping and Delivery

Singpost Registered Service (Local)

For orders within Singapore, you can choose either Singpost Normal Mail (4 to 6 working days) and Singpost Registered Service (Local)(2 to 4 working days). We encourage customers to opt for Registered Mail for traceability. By opting for Normal Mail, we will not be liable for missing packages.
