  • What is vintage style?

Vintage style is the term used to describe style that reflects or imitates styles from a previous era. 

  • Are our products considered vintage?

For products to be considered vintage, it needs to be manufactured or created at least 20 years ago. Currently our shop carries limited vintage rings as they are more difficult to source. You can find them in the vintage rings section. If the item is not labeled as “vintage”, it means that it is not. However, vintage style is getting more and more popular hence it is common to find jewelry and accessories modeled with the vintage look in mind.

  • What is Boho style?

Boho, short form for Bohemian, is used to describe people who live unconventionally, usually leading free-spirited and artistic lifestyles. And Boho style is the fashion statement that this special group of people coined, reflecting their non-conformist individualism in their clothing choices. Such style usually consist, but not limited to, fluid fabrics, eclectic accessories, with earthy elements like feathers and flowers.

  • Are our products considered Boho?

We are a huge fan of Boho style and a huge portion of our products are under the Boho style category. You can find them under the Boho Statement category as well as our featured Coachella and Festival wearables categories.

  • Can men wear Boho Style?

Absolutely! Boho style is not limited to ladies, in fact, Boho style is an inclusive style that both men and women can wear. Our rings and feather collections are unisex-friendly and popular with men as well.

  • I want to purchase a few of the same items. Why are some products so low in stock? Will they be in stock again?

As our items are sourced, it depends on how many we can get for each individual design. We cannot guarantee that a popular design will be restocked so it is better to place an order fast if you see something that you like. All our products listed in the shop are ready stock and can be shipped out once orders have been placed. 

  • Are feather accessories safe and ethical to wear?

Yes. The feathers are ethically sourced without harming any animals in the process. They are also processed and cleaned to make it suitable for wearing. 

  • Where do we source our products?

We source our products mostly from Asia, including but not limited to China, Nepal and Indonesia.

  • Do you provide wholesale services?

Shipping/Exchange Related

  • What shipping services do we use?

We use Singpost local and international registered post to fulfill our orders.

  • How do I know whether my items have been shipped?

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email to inform you that we are processing your order. Once order has been shipped, you will receive another email to inform you of the tracking number for your order.

  • Why is international shipping so expensive?

As we are based in Singapore, our shipping fees are based on the rates of the international registered post that we use. We do our best to provide competitive prices for our products. Do check out our Shipping page and Promotion page as we will have in store promotion and discount from time to time.

  • What if my items are incorrect or damaged? 

As we fulfill our orders manually, we will check to ensure that the products that we ship out are in mint condition. We use sturdy packaging (see section Packaging). Unfortunately, we are not liable for damaged incurred after it has been shipped. If your items are incorrect, please email us at [email protected] with a picture of the incorrect item, order number and date of purchase within 45 days. Item(s) must not be worn, and be mailed back to us, along with the receipt for the shipping. We will reimburse you of the shipping and mail you the correct item(s). We do not accept items that has already been worn for hygiene reasons. 

  • What if I do not receive my items even though it is shipped?

If you do not receive your items after 30 days, please email us at [email protected]. We will assist you to check with the Singapore side to verify that your order has been shipped out successfully.

Packaging

  • What kind of packaging do we use?

We use corrugated three layer carton boxes for shipping. Along with that, item(s) inside are also individually packaged to ensure that it remains intact during the shipping process.

  • Is our packaging eco-friendly?

We try to avoid using plastic packaging whenever possible. However for fragile items, we may use a bit of bubble wrap to help cushion the impact during the shipping process.

  • I am intending to purchase as a gift to my friends/family. Do you do customization for packaging?

We do not provide customization for our packaging. However, we will do our best to accommodate if you have any special request for the packaging as it is also our wish that your loved ones will like what they receive! 🙂

Payment/Payment Options

  • What are the payment options available?

Currently our store supports credit card payment, google payment, PayPal as well as Stripe payment for both local and international purchases.

  • Can I pay using payment methods not specified above?

For Singapore customers, if you would like to pay using Paynow, Paylah or Pay Anyone by OCBC, you can email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you. For international customers, if you would like to pay using other methods, you can email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

  • Do I need to pay additional fees for international orders?

For international customers, we charge a flat rate shipping fee and provide free shipping for a minimal spending depending on the destination countries. You can refer to Shipping Rates and Time for more information. Please note that we do not charge any taxes for orders. Customers may be subjected to additional tariffs or custom taxes for international orders depending on the destination countries. For more details, please check with your respective customs authority. For exchanges or returns, the additional tariffs or custom taxes incurred are non-refundable.
